This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written to meet South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect, and when

We only collect what you type into the enquiry form on our contact page: your name, your cell number, your email address if you give it, and your message.

We collect nothing else. This website does not use advertising cookies, does not track you between websites, and does not build a profile of you. It does not ask for your location.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry and to quote on the work you are asking about. That is the only reason. We do not send marketing email to people who filled in the form, and we never sell or share your details with anyone else.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is emailed straight to us. Two suppliers handle it on the way: Cloudflare, which serves this website, and Resend, which delivers the email. Neither uses your information for anything of their own.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we may need them to serve you, and then delete them. If you would rather we deleted yours sooner, ask us and we will.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@prolific-enterprises.co.za and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles your information, we will update this page.
